    Where is your factory located?
    A

    We are located in LY North Industrial Park,Zhejiang Province,East China.Close to the top two biggest Chinese sea ports Shanghai and Ningbo with multiple vessel options and shipping dates to overseas countries.

    It is also very convenient for customers from all over the world to visit our factory.You can either land at Shanghai Pudong International Airport or Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport.We will pick you up at the airport and book the hotels for you in advance.

    What are your main markets?

    Our main markets include the United States, Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany,Dubai, Singapore and South Africa.

    What’s your factory area?
    A

    We have two factories.They are located in the same industrial park with a 6-minute distance by car.Our old factory covers an area of 28,000sqms and new factory covers an area of 60,000sqms,totally 88,000sqms.Below is a design drawing of our new factory which will be put into use in May,2024.

    What is your material range?

    We have a wide range of materials to suit different markets.It covers Basswood,Pinewood,Paulownia,Ashwood,MDF,PVC and Aluminium.We also offer blackout shutters.

    Do you offer sample cases?
    A

    Yes,we offer custom designed sample cases and bags.

    How to place a new order to you?
    A

    We provide an exclusive username and password for each customer to log in to our order portal.Please fill in the blanks with the options from the drop down boxes.For example,width,height,color,louver,rod,configuration,hinge,ect.Please submit the details once completed.A new order will be automatically created in the form of excel spreed sheet and sent to us by email simultaneously.

    What’s your lead time and how to transport your shutters?
    A

    For standard shutters,our production time is 14 days.
    For stained shutters and special shaped shutters,our production time is 18 days.
    The production time is caculated from the date when the order questions are replied.
    About transportation,by sea is the most popular and economical way.For small orders and urgent orders,by air is frequently used.We will reinforce the packaging for air freight.If you are a customer from Europe,you are lucky to have a third transport option,that is China Railway Express which is applicable to LCL goods and 40ft containers.

    What is your minimum ordering quantity?
    A

    Our minimum ordering quantity is 30sqms.For LCL (Less than container load),we normally pack all shutters in the cartons first and then put the cartons into wood crates to avoid damage during transportation.

    Which rod types are you able to supply?
    A

    We offer 4 types of rods, they are Center tilt rod, Offset tilt rod, Clearview rod and Concealed rod/Silent rod.
