*Make CAD drawings and sort out the order questions within 24 hours
*Pick the required materials from component stocks
* Inspect each batch of raw materials before stock and double check before production in our laboratory
*Cut the frames,louvers,rails,ect to required lengths
*Drill holes on the stiles and louvers
*Assemble the panels and frames together to check the sizes for the first time
*Sand the shutters to ensure smooth primer
*Paint the shutters by top-class PU paint
*Move the shutters to the “Waiting to be checked” area.
*Do final check and take photos for records of each order.
*Pack the shutters with bubbles,foam protectors,PE bags and wood cartons.
*Stock the finished shutters at the warehouse with different label colors
Load either 40ft or 20ft containers according to the shipping volumn
Our main markets cover the United States, Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany,the Middle East, Singapore and South Africa,ect.
